Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey

Job Duties:

• Care for all open wounds, including changing, cleaning, and dressing.
• Complete required admission paperwork and document residents' care.
• Provide support and advice to residents and their families.
• Monitor and administer medication or treatment for residents' wounds.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and facility standards, protocols of care, and HIPAA regulations.
